E. Weekday Wedding (Mon. - Thurs.) Save money by having your wedding on a weekday! This rate would include DJ/Emcee, two speaker sound system, one wireless microphones and two dance lights that move to beat of the music. You also get access to our online wedding planning, timeline and song request system where you can customize all your wedding plans. Pricing is good for either day or night weddings. (2 hour minimum)
F. Wedding Basic Package The Wedding Basic package gives you an fun & experienced wedding DJ/MC for up to four hours to play music, act as Master of Ceremonies, take requests and coordinate your wedding timeline with your other vendors. Also included is a two speaker sound system with one wireless microphone (& wired mic b/u) and a minimum of two dance lights that respond to the beat of the music for dance floor excitement. (subwoofer, up lighting and video options available for additional fee, if desired. Please see "Additional Options" below). You also get access to our online wedding planning form, easy customizable timeline and song request system where you can customize all your DJ/MC related wedding plans. The wedding Basic package also includes ongoing email and phone consultation with your DJ/MC to confirm wedding day timeline and details. Additional time: If you need more time for your wedding than the package lists, simply choose your full start and stop times from the pull-down menu and the quote system will automatically add the additional time with the new price reflected in your quote. Note: we also offer 5, 6, and 7 hour packages as well. See below.
G. Wedding Premier package The Wedding LeGrand package gives you an fun & experienced wedding DJ/MC for up to five hours to play music, act as Master of Ceremonies (MC), take onsite song & event requests and coordinate your wedding timeline with your other vendors. Also included is a two speaker sound system with one wireless microphone and a minimum of two dance lights that respond to the beat of the music for dance floor excitement. (subwoofer, up lighting and video options available for additional fee, if desired. Please see "Additional Options" below). You also get access to our online wedding planning, timeline and song request system where you can customize all your DJ/Emcee related wedding plans. The wedding LeGrand package also includes unlimited email and phone consultation with your DJ/MC to confirm wedding day timeline and details.
H. Wedding LeGrand package The Wedding Premiere package gives you an experienced professional wedding DJ/MC* for up to six hours for your ceremony and/or reception to play music, act as Master of Ceremonies, take guest song requests and coordinate your wedding timeline with other vendors and Coordinators. The package also includes as a two speaker sound system with subwoofer, three dance lights that respond to the music and up to two wireless microphones for toasts, readings, etc. The LeGrand package also includes our table top DJ facade and speaker stand scrims in either white or black stretch material to hide the stands, cables and DJ gear in general. (ceremony sound system, Uplighting and video projection/recording options available at additional cost. See options below.) You also get access to our online wedding planning, timeline and song request system where you can customize all your DJ related wedding plans. The Wedding LeGrand package also includes unlimited email and phone consultation with your DJ as well as a face-to-face meeting (if desired) to confirm wedding day timeline and other importnt details. Note: If you need more time for your event than the package lists, simply choose your start and stop times from the pull-down menu and the quote system will automatically add the additional time with the new price reflected in your quote. *Though not guaranteed at this rate, DJ/MC will most likely be accompanied by an associate DJ, who would assist w/ cueing and playing music while Lead DJ MC's or is on a bathroom break as well as helping in other ways to help your special day go smoothly.
I. Wedding Ceremony & Reception Platinum The Wedding Ceremony & Reception Platinum package gives you a Master DJ/MC plus associate DJ for up to 7 hours to play music, take guest requests, act as Master of Ceremonies, and coordinate your timeline with the other wedding vendors. The package also includes a small sound system for ceremony and/or cocktail hour areas and a larger, two speaker sound system w/ subwoofer (if desired) for reception. Additionally, you get hand held and/or wireless lapel microphones for the ceremony and up to two handheld wireless microphones for reception toasts, speeches and/or any performances. The Platinum package also includes a DJ facade (tabletop or free-standing) as well as white nylon form-fitting speaker covers and speaker stand scrims for an elegant look. You also get up to four dance lights to give your dance floor color and excitement as well as access to our online wedding planning, timeline and song request system to customize your wedding plans. Email and phone consultation with your DJ and/or a face-to-face meeting (if desired) to confirm wedding day timeline and details is included as well. Disclaimer: Ceremony and reception must be at same venue address. There is an additional $75 charge if DJ has to set up and run ceremony or cocktail hour system at a location that is more than a city block from reception area or only $30 fee for having to move a ceremony/cocktail hour sound system to accommodate another area within 40 yards.
I. Wedding Platinum Illuminated The Wedding Platinum Illuminated package gives you everything included in the Wedding Ceremony and Reception Platinum package PLUS: 12 programmable LED Up Lights to accent your wedding colors AND a custom gobo with your names or initials and wedding date and gobo projector to show image on venue wall or dance floor.
M. Wedding & Event Video Basic The Wedding Video Basic package gives you a videographer for up to 8 hours of on location standard definition shooting and 3 DVDs of "In Camera" edited material. This is the perfect package if you just want to capture all the memories of your special day without the added expense of custom computer editing or HD video. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of 'in-camera" edited video.
N. Wedding & Event Video Premier The Wedding Video Premier package gives you a videographer for up to 8 hours of on location high definition shooting, 3 DVDs or Blu Ray discs with custom computer edited video with special effects/ transitions and the original "Master" tapes. The Premier package is ideal for those who want to see the memories of their special day presented in a more "dramatic or theatrical" style. Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom edited videos.
O. Wedding & Event Video Basic HD The Wedding Video Basic package gives you a videographer for up to 8 hours of on location HIGH DEFINITION (HD) shooting, 2 Blue Ray discs of "In Camera" edited material, 3 DVDs and original "Master" tapes. This is the perfect package if you just want to capture all the memories of your special day in HD video but don't need all the frills of the custom edit. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of 'in-camera" edited video.
P. Wedding & Event Video Premier HD The Wedding & Event Video Premier HD package gives you a videographer for up to 8 hours of on location HIGH DEFINITION (HD) shooting, 2 Blue Ray discs of custom computer edited HD video with special effects/ transitions, plus 3 DVDs of custom edited video and the original "Master" tapes. Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom edited videos.
Q. Photo Booth - Three Hours Keep the fun and good times going with a Photo Booth! The three hour package features an "open-air" photo booth for three hours with your choice of three back drops, custom photo template with name, date and/or a short message, fun props and a friendly photo booth operator to handle the technical stuff.

2B. Selfie Station (self p/u & d/o) Less expensive than a Photo Booth (which we also offer), the Selfie Station takes photos & motion Gifs which are emailed or texted to the user, featuring custom event text, photo & Gif template choice, virtual props & backdrops and so easy to self-use w/ on-screen prompts, you don’t even need an operator! Plus! The top w/ light ring comes off so you can roam the party taking selfies. Add a physical backdrop and/or props for just $40 & $35, respectively. Delivery, set-up and then pick up after the event for an additional $100 (within 30 miles of 91331)
2B. Selfie Station Delivery and P/U We'll deliver the Selfie Station and set it up prior to the event (within 6 hours of event) then pack up and pick up of station after event (within 24 hours). Add $25 for events that are 31-45 miles (one way) from our home base of 91331.
2C. Selfie Station Delivery (46-60 mi from 91331) For events 46-60 miles away, We'll deliver the Selfie Station and set it up prior to the event (within 6 hours of event) then pack up and pick up of station after event (within 24 hours). Add $25 for events that are 60-75 miles (one way) from our home base of 91331.
A. Add a Subwoofer Give your event 500 extra watts of pumpin' low end to fatten the groove with a Mackie SWA1501 powered sub woofer! Recommended for events that will have 175+ guests or outdoor events.
B. Ceremony or Cocktail hour sound system Add a smaller sound system for a wedding ceremony, cocktail hour or other event that is taking place in separate room or area, away from the rest of the event. Includes a 10" Mackie powered speakers, mixer and music player and a handheld wireless microphone, if desired. Sound system must be set up and operated by a DJs on a Dime DJ associate. Associate operation time is not included in the $75 usage price of the system. Client must book enough time to allow DJOAD associate to operate the equipment, though client does not have to pay for set up of system.
B. Extended Sound System Recommended for events of 200 guests or more or events where guests are spread out over a large area, we add two more powered 12 inch speakers and a 15 inch Mackie SRM1501 powered subwoofer. This helps keep the overall volume down in the room while facilitating a comfortable volume for guests next to and further away from the DJ area. All speakers have individual volume controls and can be adjusted to suit the room.
B. Extension Speaker 10 inch Add a 10 inch extension speaker on a stand to extend the music and announcements to another room or area including outside. Speaker has separate volume control for adjusting sound to desired level. Maximum cable distance away from main sound system: 50 feet. Speaker is not a straight rental and must be set up and operated by a DJs on a Dime associate who's time must be compensated by a separate hourly DJ package.
C. Dancing on a Cloud - Dry ice fogger Do your first dance as a married couple, for a special anniversary, Prom Court, or just as a special dance that makes it look like you're dancing on your own personal clouds in the heaven's above with our special dry-ice low-lying fog machine. Differently equipped than most fog/smoke machines, the Chauvet Dry ice-Fogger, requires special handling and clean up to ensure maximum cloud-like effect and safety cleanup afterwards.
C. Uplighting (4 lights) Add color and ambiance to your event with four (4) LED slimpar uplights. LED lights take less power and don't run hot like traditional florescent bulb lights and can be easily programmed for Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, Cyan, Magenta, or white. Add "Glowing" Up Lighting shields to hide light fixtures for just $5/ea. Lights can also be controlled to strobe or slowly change colors with optional lighting controller and DMX cabling for an additional $50. Price is good if you book a DJ package and/or other services or not.
D. Uplighting (8 lights) Add color and ambiance to your event with eight (8) LED slimpar uplights. LED lights take less power and don't run hot like traditional florescent bulb lights and can be easily programmed for Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, Cyan, Magenta, or white. Add "Glowing" Up Lighting shields to hide light fixtures for just $5/ea. Lights can also be controlled to strobe or slowly change colors with optional lighting controller and DMX cabling for an additional $150. Must also book a DJ package at same time to receive this pricing.

F. Ultimate Uplighting Package Let the DJs on a Dime professionals create a stylized color landscape of ambiance and excitement for your event with twelve (12) LED slimpar uplights controlled to slowly change colors, fade lighting up and down or strobe with DMX cabling and lighting controller.

DJ Facade (no lighting) Add a DJ facade consisting of 3ft w. x 4ft. h. hinged, black framed panels with sheer white fabric centers that offers a clean, elegant look by hiding the table, DJ gear and cables. K. Karaoke - Add to any DJ package Add Karaoke to any DJ package for a low price! We'll integrate our Karaoke laptop w/ vast song database, plus a Video monitor for lyrics, Songbooks and sign up sheets into our DJ sound system w/ two (2) microphones and mixer w/ reverb, delay (echo) and other effects as well as our dance lighting set up for an evening of belting out the hits (and glorious misses) of the last 50+ years!
K. Ultra Light & Truss Package The Ultra Light and Truss Package includes a 8ft wide adjustable height truss plus two Chauvet LED DJ Bank lights, a Chauvet LED single Derby (projects a "dice-like" pattern on the dance floor), a Chauvet Double Derby light that shoots light beams out in different directions, an American DJ Galaxian 3D laser which projects green and red laser patterns on the ceiling, wall or dance floor, plus a rotating colorball light and a fog machine (if venue allows) as well as two other pulsating lights for "The Ultimate Light Show"!
K. Video Projector & Screen with video player Do you have a slideshow or video with cute-funny-embarrassing moments you'd like to show? We've got you covered! All you need to provide is the DVD or video file that you'd like presented, and we'll provide, set up and run our DVD/BluRay/Media Player, digital video projector, and tripod video screen (choose from 70" or 84"). Audio from your video/slideshow is patched directly into our sound system for a laughing-crying-hugging good time. Larger screens can be rented by us on your behalf at additional cost. L. Wedding Cake Pin Spot Highlight your beautiful wedding cake with a pinspot light. Should your venue not be able to provide a mini spot to show off your cake, we can step up and provide a small spot with either white light or color gels to go with your accent colors.
Lighting - Custom Gobo & Gobo Projector Spotlight Add a touch of elegance to your wedding with a custom-made gobo projection. You can display your name(s) and/or wedding date on virtually any surface - wall, ceiling, from behind your wedding party/sweetheart table on to the dance floor, etc. Just provide us with your design or the text you'd like and we'll order your gobo for you and project the image on your big day! Spotlight Gobo Projector also includes internal ROYGBIV color gels to help fit wedding color scheme if desired.
Lighting - Fog Machine Add a fog machine to give your dance floor more vibe and ambiance! Great for birthday parties, Quinceañeras, Halloween parties and more! Please make sure your event facility allows fog/smoke machines before ordering.
Lighting - Premiere Package Upgrade to the Premiere Lighting package which includes the two light banks and colorball from basic package along with a Chauvet Derby LED and Double Derby LED lights that moves to music and fog machine (if your event location permits) to fill your dance floor with color, ambiance and motion.
M. Speaker and Lighting Stand wraps Add a theatrical look while hiding the speaker stand and electrical & audio cables. Suggested for weddings, mitzvahs, anniversaries and any other special event in which you want a bit more of dramatic effect.
Puttin on the Ritz! The ultimate in upscale look and feel for your DJ presentation! Y. Add an Assistant DJ If you're planning an event that requires a lot of announcements, performances, raffles or other activities and/or is longer than six hours, it's a good idea to add an assistant DJ to concentrate on music and lighting while the Emcee gives your big day the energy it needs. Also recommended for most weddings with over 185 guests. $200 rate is for up to four hours. The assistant DJ rate is $40/hour after the initial four hours.
Z. Add a Live Rock Cover Band! Get the best of both worlds when you add a live rock band to your DJ package! The band will play up to three (3) forty five minute sets and your DJ/Emcee will handle all your reception event songs, cocktail and dinner music and even a dance set of contemporary dance music, if desired.
